The J R Silva Nickel Violin Bow is a high quality rounded stick bow made of pernambuco. It is fully mounted in nickel, with nickel silver fittings – the ferrule and heel plate are nickel silver, as well as the winding. The frog itself is made of ebony, with a mother of pearl eye and mother of pearl slide at the bottom. Notice the engraved name of the maker above the frog!
