Shipping Policy

Keller Strings will make every effort to ensure that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We ship products throughout the United States using UPS, smaller items using USPS (United States Postal Service.)
Our shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the size and weight of your order.  If you order multiple items that total under $100, we can make adjustments to shipping cost. Any orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge within the lower 48 states.
Delivery times are based upon the availability of your item(s), the shipping method selected, and your shipment’s destination.
Keller Strings may not be held responsible for variations in the delivery service times of the shipping carrier.
Damage:
Shipments must be inspected while the driver is present. If you notice damage to a box, the damage must be noted on the delivery driver’s records. Email us photos of the damaged box and products to help ensure a successful claim with the shipper. When you call to inform us of the problem, we will make arrangements at that time for your replacement or credit. Do not discard the box or packing aterial. All claims, damage or otherwise must be made within 2 business days of receip of order. We are not responsible for damage made by the shipper.
Orders placed after 12:00PM (CST) on Friday or on Saturday/Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the “Contact Us” page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
